Ralph's parents are (Chief) Clancy Wiggum and Sarah Wiggum. Ralph has dated Lisa Simpson once were she felt sorry for Ralph so she gave him a valentines day card on valentines day. Ralph is very babyish because he plays in sand boxes, he eats glue, Ralph picks his nose and other babyish stuff.
